All by myself
Seeing as my "followers" haven't really done anything except for click the follow button, I guess I'm on my own. From now on (until I get people participating) I guess I will just record my ideas and what I have done so far, not expecting any feedback. Thank you to anyone who plans on helping out or has already done something. I still hope to hear from you guys, I am just letting you know that I am not giving up because I must fight this battle on my own.
It's real! And it's only getting worse
The "recession" will only be worse by next year, so why wait to help out? I just read this article about homelessness in Hartford, Connecticut and I will leave you guys the link. I think it is very important that you check it out. This is an urgent issue and I do not want to have to give up because I can't get any support.

Thanks.
Travel Size
If you have any travel sized anything, email me or comment! I mean anything, toothpaste, floss, and mouth wash. If you have anything from hotels like free soap bars, shampoo, conditioner, and/or lotion, those are equally as great. Please, please, please, I am begging you, help support me, I can't do this on my own.

Participating Actively
It would be awesome if the followers of this blog could participate on this page at the very least. Add your ideas in seperate posts or comments and tell your friends about it. I would also like some feedback on my posts. It's useless to tell my ideas to myself. Like I said, I can't do it alone.
Spread the Word
Please help me help out. Try to spread the word of this blog any way you can. Put it in your AIM profile, your facebook page, your own website or blog if you have one. This cannot go very far with few followers.
Getting Noticed
It's tough to get started in the beginning because with little support you can get stuck. What we need to do once this blog progresses a bit, is to set up a table at public events. For example, my aunt goes to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, and every winter there is a little fair with tables set up with holiday goods. One way to get noticed is to set up a donation table that also includes this web address and information about what we are trying to do. This might get us more followers which will make our job a lot easier.

Virtually Free
If you think my poll is random, its isn't. If I get enough people to answer the poll, I will know how many people are capable of making something simple like a scarf or maybe a hat. Like I said, it's virtually free. Just ask around the family for unwanted skiens of yarn. After getting a date together, everyone can meet at the Bristol Public Library to make some winter apparal for the care packages. If you answered "willing to learn," I will also be willing to teach.
